To me, personal empowerment involves all aspect of self: mind/body/spirit. It involves taking control of our lives by knowing and accepting ourselves; our values, goals, strengths and weaknesses, and to use those to better ourselves and the world around us.
It is important to celebrate our strengths, not to apologize for them, and to acknowlege our weaknesses as tools for growth, not be limited by them. I believe this is the key to accomplishing any goal in life.
As a certified personal trainer, I have dedicated my life to using my passion for health and fitness to help women of all ages to reach their personal fitness goals, by recognizing that the first step of this journey starts with the mind and spirit. When we truly believe that we are valuable, then we want to continually grow and improve ourselves!
